Govt plans rule of power transfer to GTA
Kolkata: The West Bengal government has prepared a guideline for transfer of power to the various departments of the newly elected Gorkha Territorial Administration in the Darjeeling hills.
"We have formulated a guideline for transfer of power under various departments to the GTA. The process will be completed by August 31," Chief Secretary Samar Ghosh said after a high-level meeting.
Ghosh said that a meeting convened by him discussed the transfer of power to the GTA.
